Raw Materials Sourcing

Steel production starts with carefully sourced Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) and HMS scrap. These materials are selected for their high quality and suitability, ensuring a reliable foundation for producing superior steel.

Smelting with MCC-SERIES

Our state-of-the-art MCC-SERIES smelting technology refines raw materials into molten steel, a crucial step for achieving the desired strength and purity. This advanced process ensures that the steel is of the highest quality.

Continuous Casting (CCM)

Using Continuous Casting Machines (CCM), the molten steel is poured and solidified into billets. This process ensures precise dimensions and uniformity in the steel, contributing to the overall strength and quality of the final products.

Rolling Process

The billets are then passed through rolling mills to produce Grade 60 and Grade 40 re-bars. These re-bars are carefully rolled to meet the specific strength, ductility, and size requirements for a range of construction applications, ensuring they provide reliable performance.
